I have lived in the Bay Area since 1989, and Marin since 1994. My husband and I are both from the East Coast, but moved to Sausalito a few months before the first of our three children was born. We lived there for five years before moving to Ross, where we’ve been ever since. All three kids graduated from the Ross School. Two are currently in college, and our baby just graduated from Redwood.
My family is active in sports and community service, and I’d love to help you get involved if that interests you. I thoroughly understand all aspects of what makes Marin such a special place for families, and am excited to share that with you.
My unique background helps both Buyers and Sellers. For Buyers, having moved often growing up, up and down the East Coast and from Indiana to Brussels, Belgium, I know about the challenges of relocating and putting down new roots. I’m sympathetic to the challenges you and your family face. Now, as a +20 year Marin resident, I have deep ties to the community and with my off-market connections, I can particularly help buyers in this low-inventory market find a home. You need someone with hyper-local knowledge!
For Sellers, having spent over ten years in the marketing and advertising world prior to becoming a Realtor, I can help you strategically and efficiently maximize exposure. Through my busy real estate career, I have put together an outstanding team of professionals to help you get your house in the best shape it can be before it goes on the market. When it's time to move, you need someone who will:
